Co-Op Marketing for Small Businesses | Ateam Media Group
Shared-Cost Marketing That Connects Businesses With New Audiences
You Know Your Business. We Help the World Know It.
Small business owners are not alone.
Many are dealing with rising costs, tight margins, employee shortages and more responsibilities than ever. You may be answering phones, preparing estimates, serving customers, managing employees, ordering materials and completing the work that keeps your company operating—all before you find time to market the business.
But customers cannot choose a company they do not know exists, and potential employees cannot apply for an opportunity they never see.
Ateam Co-Op Marketing gives small businesses another way to build awareness. We combine online promotion, face-to-face outreach, cross-industry exposure and recruitment marketing while compatible participating businesses share the cost of the broader resources behind that work.
You tell us about your company, what you want promoted, which customers or employees you hope to reach and what Ateam may say on your behalf. We then represent your business through the activities included in your plan using messaging and materials that you approve.
You keep running your business. We help more of the right people discover it.

What Is Ateam Co-Op Marketing?
Ateam Co-Op Marketing is a shared-resource marketing program for small and growing businesses that need consistent exposure but may not have the time, staff or budget to build a full internal marketing department.
Compatible businesses help support common outreach resources, including event presence, travel, content, digital promotion and community relationship building. Each participating company still receives its own approved message, materials, contact path and defined deliverables.
Depending on the selected plan or campaign, Ateam may provide:
-
Online promotion and cross-promotional content
-
Face-to-face representation at eligible events and community opportunities
-
Distribution of approved business cards, brochures, flyers or recruiting materials
-
Company logos and website links on eligible Ateam pages
-
Mentions, sponsorships and links within Atomic Network content
-
Dedicated short-form or long-form video production
-
Podcast commercials and host-read sponsor messages
-
Marketing-material design and content creation
-
Social-media planning and account management
-
Employer-brand and employee-recruitment marketing
-
Dedicated event marketing quoted separately from the shared co-op structure
This is not one generic advertisement packed with unrelated logos. It is individual business representation supported by a cooperative model.
Strong Automotive Roots—But Open to Every Kind of Small Business
Ateam Media Group has especially strong reach within the car, truck, motorcycle, marine, motorsports and blue-collar communities. That is one of our greatest advantages, but it does not limit the businesses we can represent.
People are never interested in only one thing. Automotive enthusiasts are also homeowners, parents, diners, travelers, pet owners, business owners and everyday consumers. Someone attending a home show may own a classic car. Someone at a motorcycle event may be planning a wedding. A visitor at an outdoor market may need a contractor, restaurant, florist, insurance agent or truck accessory.
Ateam uses those natural connections to create two-way audience crossover:
-
We can introduce an automotive, motorcycle or marine business at a home show, outdoor market, community fair or other event outside its normal lane.
-
We can introduce a florist, restaurant, realtor, contractor, retailer or professional service to Ateam’s automotive and enthusiast audiences.
The goal is not to promote every business everywhere. It is to find relevant audience connections and help companies enter spaces where potential customers may already be spending time.
Online Visibility and Real Human Interaction
Websites, search results, social media and video allow people to discover a company at any hour. They help customers research services, review previous work and decide whether to contact a business.
However, online marketing has also become a demanding job of its own. Owners are expected to create content, learn changing platforms, respond to messages, understand analytics and compete for attention every day.
Ateam believes the strongest small-business marketing blends online visibility with direct human interaction.
A real conversation at a show, market or community event can earn focused attention. It creates an opportunity to answer a question, explain a specialized service, hand someone useful information and give the brand a human connection. Online content can then reinforce that introduction before and after the event.
The channels support one another:
-
Online marketing creates continued visibility. People can discover, research and revisit the business.
-
Face-to-face outreach creates personal awareness. A prepared representative can introduce the company and explain why it is relevant.
-
Cross-industry exposure opens new markets. Businesses can meet people outside their usual advertising environment.
-
Follow-up gives people a next step. Websites, QR codes, social pages and contact links turn awareness into an opportunity for action.
No responsible marketing service can guarantee a sale. The purpose is to create more opportunities for the business to be seen, understood and remembered.
Marketing Your Business—and Your Employment Opportunities
Many small businesses do not only need more customers. They also need reliable employees.
Employee shortages can restrict production, increase wait times and prevent a business from accepting work it would otherwise be able to complete. Yet recruiting often becomes one more responsibility placed on an already overloaded owner or manager.
Ateam can help businesses market themselves to potential employees through recruitment advertising and employer-brand promotion.
Available recruitment-marketing services may include:
-
Help-wanted flyers, brochures and event handouts
-
Job-opening graphics and social-media posts
-
Short-form recruiting and “Now Hiring” videos
-
Employee testimonials and workplace-culture content
-
Day-in-the-life or career-awareness videos
-
Podcast hiring messages and recruitment commercials
-
QR codes linking applicants to an employer-controlled application page
-
Job-opportunity features through Blue Collar Classified when available
-
Distribution of employer-provided recruiting materials at eligible events
-
Recruitment messaging at automotive, blue-collar and community gatherings
-
Dedicated hiring campaigns and event activations quoted separately
Recruitment marketing can help a company explain more than the job title. Strong employer content can show prospective applicants:
-
What the company does
-
Why its work matters
-
What the workplace and team are like
-
Which skills or experience are genuinely required
-
Whether training or advancement may be available
-
How and where to apply
What Ateam’s recruitment marketing does not include
Ateam’s initial service is designed to advertise opportunities and strengthen employer visibility. Unless a separate, legally reviewed service is established, Ateam does not:
-
Act as the employer
-
Select or hire employees for the client
-
Promise a certain number or quality of applicants
-
Conduct background checks
-
Make employment offers
-
Negotiate compensation
-
Make hiring decisions
-
Guarantee that a position will be filled
Applications should go directly to the employer or to an employer-controlled system. The employer remains responsible for job requirements, application review, interviews, lawful hiring practices, employment decisions and compliance with applicable laws.
We Learn How You Want Your Company Represented
No one should speak about your business without understanding it first.
Before Ateam begins representing a company, we create an approved business profile. You tell us:
-
What the company does
-
Which services, products or positions should be promoted
-
Which customers or applicants you want to reach
-
Your service area, sales territory or job location
-
What makes the company different
-
Which questions people commonly ask
-
What Ateam may and may not say
-
Which prices, benefits, qualifications or claims are approved
-
Where customer inquiries or job applications should be directed
You may provide business cards, recruiting cards, flyers, brochures, catalogs, photographs, videos, merchandise and talking points. If you need materials, Ateam can create or coordinate the items included in your package or proposal.
Our purpose is to represent your company with owner-approved accuracy and energy—not to impersonate the owner or invent promises the business did not authorize.
How the Program Works
1. Business, customer and workforce review
We learn what you offer, which customers you want, whether you are hiring and which audiences or events may be relevant.
2. Approved representation guide
Together, we document company information, talking points, restricted claims, recruiting information, contact paths and approval responsibilities.
3. Package or campaign selection
You select a monthly package or request a dedicated custom campaign. The proposal states what is included, which expenses are separate and where Ateam may represent the company.
4. Material and content preparation
You supply approved materials, or Ateam develops the pieces included in the agreement. Public-facing materials must be approved before distribution or publication.
5. Online and in-person outreach
Ateam completes the agreed activities. These may include online promotion, content, sponsor placement, event representation, recruitment messaging or a coordinated combination.
6. Reporting and refinement
When included, Ateam reports completed activities and available performance information. The message, audience or campaign can then be refined without promising specific sales or hiring results.
Who Is a Good Fit?
Ateam Co-Op Marketing may be a strong fit if:
-
You offer a reputable product, service or employment opportunity
-
You need more customers, greater awareness, more job applicants or a combination
-
You cannot personally attend every event or manage every marketing channel
-
A full-time internal marketing employee is not practical right now
-
You can clearly explain the customers or applicants you want to reach
-
You are prepared to provide accurate information and approve materials promptly
-
You value online exposure and direct human relationships
-
You understand that marketing creates opportunities but cannot guarantee sales or hires
The program may not be appropriate for businesses with unresolved reputation issues, misleading offers, unclear fulfillment capacity, unlawful employment requirements or expectations of guaranteed immediate results.
You Do Not Have to Market—or Recruit—Alone
Running a small business can feel isolating. You may be doing everything possible to serve customers and keep work moving while marketing and recruiting repeatedly fall to the bottom of the list.
Ateam Co-Op Marketing offers another path: shared resources, individual representation, cross-industry exposure and a stronger presence in the places where customers, applicants and business relationships are formed.
You built a company worth knowing. Let us help you tell more of the right people about it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Ateam Co-Op Marketing limited to automotive businesses?
No. Ateam has especially strong reach in automotive, truck, motorcycle, marine, motorsports and blue-collar communities, but the program is open to reputable businesses across industries when the audience and campaign are a good fit.
Can Ateam promote an automotive business at a non-automotive event?
Yes, when the audience connection and event rules support it. Home shows, outdoor markets, fairs and community gatherings may include people who also own collector cars, trucks, motorcycles or boats.
Can Ateam promote a non-automotive company to automotive audiences?
Yes. Automotive enthusiasts also purchase flowers, food, homes, insurance, clothing, professional services and home improvements. Ateam looks for natural, relevant connections rather than assuming an audience has only one interest.
Can Ateam help advertise job openings?
Yes. Ateam can create and distribute approved recruitment marketing, including flyers, social posts, videos, podcast messages and Blue Collar Classified features when available.
Does Ateam screen or hire job candidates?
Not under the initial recruitment-marketing service. Applications are directed to the employer, which remains responsible for screening, interviews, hiring decisions and employment-law compliance.
Are printing, paid advertising and event fees included?
Only when specifically listed in the selected package or proposal. Printing, ad spend, booth fees, travel, lodging, shipping and third-party expenses are normally separate.
Does participation guarantee customers or employees?
No. Ateam provides the agreed marketing activity and representation. Results also depend on the offer, reputation, compensation, job conditions, market, timing, fulfillment and the client’s follow-up.
